Return Policy
Conditions for Returns:
- Defective Products: If a product has a manufacturing defect, customers can request a return with proof, such as an unboxing video or images of the defect. Once verified, they can choose between a refund or replacement.
- Size/Fit Issues: Customers who experience sizing issues should provide images and measurements of the product. Our team will verify and, if applicable, issue a return authorization.
- Quality Concerns: If a product’s quality does not meet expectations, customers can contact us within 7 days for support.
How to Return:
- Start a Return Request: To begin the return process, please contact our support team at [email protected] with your order details and any necessary proof (e.g., unboxing video or images of the product).
- Once approved, we’ll arrange a pickup from the customer’s location.
- Note: COD order refunds will be processed via bank transfer upon receiving the returned item.
Exchange Policy
- No Direct Exchanges: We do not currently offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, customers should place a new order.
- Return and Repurchase: Return the original item following our return process, then place a new order for the replacement product.
Order Fulfillment and Payment Policies
Prepaid Orders:
- For prepaid orders, customers complete payment at checkout, and the order is processed for fulfillment.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:
- For COD orders, customers pay the courier at delivery.
Refund Policy
Eligibility:
- Refunds are eligible for items with proven manufacturing defects, quality issues, or confirmed sizing issues.
- For COD orders, refunds are issued by bank transfer.
Processing:
- After the item is returned to our warehouse and inspected, the refund will be initiated.
- Prepaid refunds go to the original payment method, while COD refunds are issued to the customer’s bank account.

Size Chart:
- Customers can access the size chart on our product pages or request it via customer support.
Digital Products:
Due to the instant-access nature of digital products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for digital courses, ebooks, tools, or other downloadable resources. This policy ensures that all transactions are conducted fairly and transparently.
Exceptions:
Certain items, such as custom merchandise or clearance items, are not eligible for return or refund. Please check the product description for details.
